Privacy notice
This site keeps nothing about you. Here is what that means, what happens when you email us, and your rights.
Who we are
D Henderson Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 14785033, registered office 26 Quinton Close, Redditch, England, B98 0EL. We trade as Elysium Code. D Henderson Ltd is the data controller for anything described here. Contact hello@elysiumcode.co.uk with any question about your data or to use any of the rights below.
This website
dhendersonltd.co.uk is a static site. It sets no cookies, has no analytics or tracking, has no forms, and loads nothing from third parties: the fonts are served from this site. The only thing that happens when you visit is that your browser asks our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (CloudFront and S3, London region), for the page. Your IP address and browser details are processed for as long as it takes to send the page back, and we keep no visitor logs.
When you email us
If you email us we hold your name, email address and whatever you write, so that we can reply and, if you ask for a proposal, prepare one. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where you ask for a quote, the steps you request before entering a contract. Email is held in Google Workspace, which stores it in Google’s UK and EU data centres with the UK-approved safeguards in Google’s terms for any transfer outside the UK. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted 12 months after our last contact. If you become a client, records of the engagement are kept for 6 years from the end of the financial year in which it ended, as company law and HMRC require.
Clients, suppliers and the Elysium Code business
Our software engineering work is carried out under the Elysium Code name. The Elysium Code privacy notice is the full notice for that business: enquiries through its contact form, client and supplier records, the suppliers we share data with, and how we act as a processor when we build or maintain systems that hold our clients’ customer data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for it in a portable form. Email hello@elysiumcode.co.uk; we reply within one month and do not charge. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
