This website is operated by D Henderson Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 14785033, registered office 26 Quinton Close, Redditch, England, B98 0EL, trading as Elysium Code. We are not VAT registered. Contact hello@elysiumcode.co.uk.
2. Using this site
By using the site you accept these terms. The site gives information about D Henderson Ltd and the services it provides. Nothing on it is technical, legal or commercial advice for your particular situation.
3. Our services
Software engineering services are delivered under the Elysium Code name and are governed by a written proposal and the Elysium Code Terms of Business, or by a separate signed agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide services on any particular terms.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, images and code of this site are owned by D Henderson Ltd or used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, scrape, republish or use the content commercially without our written permission. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.
5. Links to other sites
Links to other websites, including Companies House and elysiumcode.co.uk, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not operate.
6. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise that it will be either, or that it will be free of errors or interruptions. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.
